Notice to Contractors

Sealed proposals for “Construction of Firehouse 402 Renovation Project” will be received by the West Licking Fire District Board Members, c/o Assistant Chief Jack Treinish at 851 E Broad Street, Pataskala, Ohio  43062, until June 8, 2017 at 4:00 pm.

On Thursday, June 8, 2017, at 7:00 pm bids will be opened at 851 E Broad Street during the regularly scheduled board meeting.

Bid packages and contract document may be secured by contacting AC Jack Treinish at (740) 927-8600.

Bidders that submit a bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office.  Bids from Bidders that are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as being “non-responsive.”

Each Bidder is required to furnish with its Bid Proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.

The WLJFD Fire Board Members reserves the right to reject and any all bids.
